To place an order simply add your item to your shopping basket on our website and see our shipping costs before placing your order.
Whilst we endeavour to keep all items in stock and available for immediate despatch, this may not always be possible.In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you within 48hours and advise you of an anticipated delivery time. If you have ordered multiple items you will be given the option of waiting and receiving your items all together, or you can choose to have them delivered in more than one consignment.If an item has been discontinued or we are unable to secure further stock, we will cancel that order.Please note, as with all Online Shopping, your completion of the checkout process does not explicitly guarantee we are able to supply the goods ordered.When ordering you have the choice of Delivery, Collect from Store or Organise Your own Transport.
All prices and payments are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We accept the majority of debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express. Your card will be charged at the time of order. Bonds sells a wide range of unusual vintage and antique items all will have their own unique character with signs of age as they have been loved before. Therefore these products may be subject to small variations in colour and size from the images presented on the website, if you have any doubt please do contact us prior to ordering.
For internet orders you will receive a confirmation email prior to dispatch and an invoice with the order. By placing an order with us, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.
Here at Bonds we strongly believe in reducing waste , and where possible reducing our environmental impact, for this reason Bonds reuses it suppliers packaging and packaging protective materials. If you would prefer new packaging or the item is being sent as a gift please contact us.
Returns (Online Store Only)
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with an order due to an item not being as expected or faulty; a return and refund or exchange can be made. Please examine item/s and inform us of any problems within 24 hours of delivery. Returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order and returned in the original packaging, please obtain proof of posting on returning your order, as the item remains the responsibility of the customer until it reaches our return address. It is recommended for your own protection, you send the item insured to the full value and proof is obtained. Please note that for items purchased as gifts, refunds can only be given to the original purchaser.The procedure for returning an item to us depends on the circumstances. Where customers have validly returned a product under the circumstances described above, and the item is not faulty, we will refund the full price of the product. You will be responsible for returning the product to us at your own cost.
If you have returned a defective product to us we will exchange the product or refund the full amount inclusive of delivery and reimburse you for any reasonable cost incurred for returning the item. Proof and receipt of purchase must be obtained and sent to us
.Bonds Antiques, Vintage and Art
Purchases made from Bonds concessions which are Antique, Vintage or artwork for sale online, are made on the understanding that Bonds Lifestyle is acting as an agent on behalf of the Concessions and/or Artists. Refunds on works are discretionary and goods must be returned within seven days of purchase, at the latest.
Custom ordered items are not eligible for return and refund unless defective.
Any Other Circumstances
If returning a product under any other circumstances, this includes rejecting a defective product more than a reasonable time after receipt, any refund will be made at our discretion. If we do agree to provide a refund, we will not refund the cost of delivery to you and we will not reimburse the cost incurred by you in returning the product.
